Frequently Asked Questions

General

What hospital do you use?

I currently exclusively practice at Providence Northeast Hospital. This is a modern small suburban facility. A very friendly and personal atmosphere exists. The administration is very supportive and the staff knows my total joint program and executes it well. I am confident that you will thoroughly enjoy your stay at this facility.

What type of insurance do you accept?

I am a partner of Midlands Orthopaedics. Our group has contracts with numerous insurance companies. Our insurance department can assist you with specific questions.

In addition, Providence Northeast Hospital and Midlands Orthopaedics have developed a single global package price of approximately $30, 000 that is available to any insurance if they wish to pay in advance and agree to limit the patient co-pay to 10%. This includes the hospital, implant, surgeon, assistant, anesthesiologist, radiologist, and pathologist fees. We also offer a discounted global package to patients paying cash for these services.

Due to consistent fee cuts over the last 10 years as well burdensome overregulation and unfunded mandates by the government, I have decided to no longer accept new patients covered by government programs. This includes Medicaid, Medicare, TriCare, and Worker's Compensation.
