South Carolina Hip Preservation Center at Midlands Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery is dedicated to the preservation of the natural function of the hip. Dr. Gross performs multiple types of joint replacement including Hip Resurfacing, Total Hip Replacement, and Hip Revision Surgery. Dr. Robert Browning is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic sports medicine surgeon who specializes in hip arthroscopy and hip preservation surgery.
