In addition, Providence Northeast Hospital and Midlands Orthopaedics have developed a single global package price of approximately $30, 000 that is available to any insurance if they wish to pay in advance and agree to limit the patient co-pay to 10%. This includes the hospital, implant, surgeon, assistant, anesthesiologist, radiologist, and pathologist fees. We also offer a discounted global package to patients paying cash for these services.

Due to consistent fee cuts over the last 10 years as well burdensome overregulation and unfunded mandates by the government, I have decided to no longer accept new patients covered by government programs. This includes Medicaid, Medicare, TriCare, and Worker's Compensation.
