Patients from outside the area will need to stay at the Marriot Residence Inn with a caregiver for one night or two nights if they live more than 4 hours drive away. A home health nurse will visit you the evening after the surgery and in the morning. She can administer a shot of morphine or run a bag of fluid if needed. This is rarely required.
